Good
good location with 2 convenience stores nearby and 3 minutes away from shimbashi station. really nice staff.
it’s noisy at night especially Friday night cause there are many bars, restaurants and some karaoke with girls grabbing you. if you are girl alone, not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Tiny room but we made it work
The hotel is in a good location and is clean.
I didn’t like pillows they provide. They are hard with some sort of “beads” in them. I asked for different type of pillows and they said they don’t have any left and offered me a towel to put on the top of the pillow… Also the rooms are very tiny. Two people can’t move around at the same time. Especially with suitcases in the room.

Very Good
Amazing spot, dozens of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, walking distance from Tokyo Tower. The metro station is less than a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, it's very easy to navigate. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, the room itself was rather small (but typical for Tokyo standards). Sustainable as advertised - no single use items in the room but available at the lobby, cleaning and towel exchange on demand. The restaurant was also very decent, we had a lovely breakfast (possible to pay at the spot if you haven't booked it with your room).
Rather small laundry room for such a big hotel - only two machines. But still pretty convenient to have one at the hotel.

Excellent location, amenities available, close to everything, Ginza, Shimbashi station, shops, restaurants. Also very clean and friendly staff.
